Eagle Golf courses have the dedicated support of an IT team with more experience in the golf industry than any other team out there. Under Eagle’s wing, golf courses have access to turnkey IT service solutions and a support desk that can troubleshoot any system because we’ve taken the time to understand how it works in the first place.  

Having that personal level of IT support makes a huge difference in overall course operations. Sometimes your existing system is more than sufficient to meet your operating and communications needs. Sometimes upgrading those systems is necessary. However, if your current system isn’t broke, we won’t recommend an investment to fix it.

If the time comes for a new system, Eagle Golf has a partnership with IBS (Integrated Business Systems). Though courses using other systems still benefit from this vendor relationship, courses already using IBS immediately reduce support costs by 40% just for signing up through Eagle.  For one Eagle Golf course, this meant not only getting a new system, but also lowering monthly support cost from $1000 to just $600 a month.
